Information collected through inquiries
The website's inquiry form prepares an email in the visitor's own email application. Continuity Forge does not receive the information until the visitor reviews and sends that email. The inquiry may include contact details, genre, approximate word count, manuscript stage, service interest, desired timing, and a general description of the project.
Please do not send manuscript files yet
Until Continuity Forge provides written instructions and the appropriate agreements and authorizations are in place, visitors should not email, upload, or otherwise submit manuscripts, excerpts, outlines, series bibles, or other unpublished creative files.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is used to assess project fit, prepare a scope and quote, answer questions, schedule work, and communicate about requested services. It is not sold or used to claim ownership of a visitor's creative work.
Third-party services
Email delivery, website hosting, and linked destinations such as Amazon operate under their own privacy practices. Following an external link or sending an email may provide information to those services.
Client project processing
Manuscript processing is governed by a written proposal, service agreement, and data-handling terms provided before files are accepted. Those Project-specific terms will control over this general website policy where they differ.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the business's services, technology, and operating procedures develop. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
Questions may be sent to Tim.Graber@ContinuityForgeManuscripts.com.
